My OH's phone has been not switched off but its trying to call it then it goes onto ansafone as if its out of signal. its been like this for a few hours and i cannot think where on earth he is for it to be out for that long.

Just enquiring as to whether anyone has tesco sim and having same problems

That's confusing, do you mean you are trying to call his phone and it goes to answerphone? This means his phone is off, its out of range or there is a local fault. It isn't possible to diagnose the problem from a distance. I'm sure he'll be in touch soon.

Im calling it and if it was off it would go straight on to answer phone but its not there is about a 10 second or more delay then onto anserphone which tells me hes out of signal but just seems a long time.

Its ok thanks anyways xx

I've been with Tesco Mobile before.

The most boring network I've ever been with. No offers, very few discounts, no special features, few changes. The 10p a minute peak time deals are very alluring... but that's all there is. If you like the taste of water and its many temperatures, choose Tesco.

It's very much targeted as a no frills, no confusion network. Simple to understand and it seems to work for them.
