Beg your pardon did I miss something or did you have a brain lapse.. does this not suggest the judges KNEW who was in the bottom two.

Sorry if this has already been brought up.

It suggests to me that she wanted it to go to the public vote and voting Beverley would ensure that.

Yeah, she said she would be fair and impartial. What's fairer than the public vote?

Ahhhh it was SUCH an injustice! Beverley was a million times better than Hopeless on Saturday.

I'm no fan of Beverley or Hope...I only really care about Rhydian and Leon to a lesser extent....but I just dont buy it. I really think the show was originally rigged for Hope to win, but perhaps they will rethink it now.

I just think that when an act is in the bottom two three weeks in a row it should be enough to send them home. It was for Alisha, who I much preferred and was even better looking than the girls in Hope. Admittedly, Beverley was in the bottom two on two occassions herself but she was obviously the better singer and it was Hope's second venture into the bottom two on the night Alisha was voted out was it not?

Not an injustice. Public wanted Hope more than they wanted Beverley.

I'm totally certain that Sharon knew who was in the bottom two.

It doesn't matter either way to sharon who go's,it is of no concern to her anymore, because her friend louie helped to vote her last act off,so,she repayed the favour, and helped to vote his off lol.

Umm - no. We don't know whether the public would have chosen Hope or Beverley if these were the only two acts you could vote for.

For all you know Hope got 10% of the vote and Beverley 9% - and most of the other 81% who voted for the other 4 acts would rather Beverley had stayed.

All i know is Hope beat Beverley. Unfortunate i agree.

For all you know the remaining 81% would've wanted hope to stay.

I think they just wanted to show off the deadlock lights before there wasn't another chance!

You never know! She did say she was going to be impartial, but unfortunately I don't agree that she was. I think she was trying to do something that backfired. She wanted drama as it was the last week of judges final voting. I do agree that I thought Beverley was better but unfortunately the pubic didn't agree and that's the way we have to face it.

She did what she always does when she has to make a decision that might make her unpopular in some quarters, she sat on the fence! She shouldn't be a judge if she can't have the courage of her convictions.

Agree, she's supposed to be an impartial judge now, and going to a public vote would show she was fair. I think that was why.

I think what she did was obvious - she obviously bottled out of making the final call so chose to go to a public vote. For me that is how I read what she meant.
I think the people who got it wrong were the public (IMO of course!) and not Sharon!

So Bev and Hope were on even stevens when it came to being in the bottom 2?

What if Bev had actually polled less votes than Andy or Alisha? If the judges had been saving Bev yet she wasn't what the public were saving then why should she stay?

Nope, Bev had been in the bottom 2 once, Hope twice.

What happened to the three strikes and you're out rule? Looks like it was overruled by the 'we haven't used deadlock yet and this is the last chance to show off our fancy graphics' rule.

Beverley should never have gone before HOPELESS. Maybe they were testing the deadlock lights worked.
Hopeless will go this Saturday.

Hope may well be voted out this coming Saturday but i can't agree that Beverley should not have gone last weekend.

The public vote was that Beverley should (and did) leave the contest. No argument....the public liked Hope more than Beverley.

Rhydian to win

i think sharon wanted to save Hope although she knew Bev did a better job on the night...but if she saved Hope it would make her look bad, so let the public decide

The public had put Hope in the bottom two more times than Bev, making them, from an overall point of view, less popular.

Also Bev was on first, clashing with Strictly, she was at a distinct disadvantage.
