A cover version. How apt. Rotten show this year so they can`t be bothered producing anything original for the winner.

I think it's a real mistake, what if someone unexpected gets through who doesn't gel with this song?

It`s certainly not a song that would suit the likes of Leon, Same Difference, Hope.........so that would suggest to me who SC wants in the final.

I think it's rather a dull choice, but can actually imagine a version by everyone except Leon.

Rhydian would be operatic and dramatic
Niki would be typical power ballad
SD would sound like High School Musical
Hope would have to be "Phoebe & the Woo Woo Girls" again

But I can't see Leon making it "swing"!!!

But a true star can take any song and put their own stamp on it. I guess whoever does the best version on Final night might well pick up those all important floating voters

In the DS news report it says that its been 'tweaked' to suit the Winner. I don't know what that means.

I hasten to add that I know what tweaked means, but I can't imagine what they've done to change it.

Leon is quite capable of singing non-swing....in fact he has done so most weeks.

Probably brought in the Fron Male Voice Choir for one of them

A predictable, pedestrian choice. Something a bit more original please.

Just starting to wonder how many key changes they will put in it - every song, sung by every singer, every week, whether it is appropriate or not, gets a key change. What is that all about?

I like this song but it's a bit cheesey in an X Factor context, why couldn't they have chosen an up tempo song for a change?

Leona's single last year was a cover of a Kelly Clarkson song

A duet a brother and sister could get away with singing. What a coincidence. SD must be doing well in the voting.

Every X Factor Winner's song has been a cover except Shayne Ward's (which I think was a song rejected by Westlife).

They should ask Cathy Dennis to write one.

I like the track and think Rhyd would do an excellent job on it.

Obviously Jorgen Elofsson couldn't come up with anything for Mr Cowell this year. I thought that with so much original material going through Syco this year, they might have found something.

I think this is the worst choice yet, it's just so dull.

With Rhydian a near certainty to win, I thought they might repeat the XF1 tactic and give them separate songs (knowing that he would win). I was expecting an Il Divo song. Still, I expect them to be his guest star in the finals.

Ah yes. Totally forgot about Leona. I have a bit of a mental block when it comes to her and any song she sings.

Anyhoo...........I think it is a bad song choice for the winner`s single. But it`ll probably still make No.1 unless there is a sudden novelty record we haven`t yet heard.
