Does anyone have a Wharfdale 19" freeview lcd L19T11W-A tv? Or have opinion / review of how good this tv is?

It looks similar to old toshiba sets (which had an ok display), which I think were sets made for Tosh by Vestel.

They have it in argos for £199 but an offer of £5 back for every £50 spent would mean £20 back (if I get some batteries to take it over £200), reducing price to £180. This sounds good value if tv is not a dud.

I'm after cheap (but watchable) tv for bedroom.

Was going to treat myself to an LG 22" digital from currys/DSG for £299, but they've now bumped up price for Xmas to £370, its too much for a bedroom tv (on my budget)

84 views and no reply, I take it tv must be crap as no-one has one!

All I can find on net is one crap review and one outstanding.

As argos don't have one on display I guess its take a plunge time or move to more widely know tv.

I like this 19" Samsung LCD with TV Tuner for £250.

I've got a 26" Samsung in my bedroom and they're a good brand.

Yep nice looking tv, but no freeview and they've put the price up it was £199.

You can get them in Argos for £199 but I'd need a freeview box as well, unless I get a pvr to go with it.

Have spied LG 19" for £237 at dixons, anyone had any horror stories with them or are they an ok online retailer?

Got a portable from Currys years ago and it needed repair after a month, I got no replacement and little cheer from them.
Had heard sound may be a bit poor on LG.

I do like the look of that Samsung though, wonder if they'll do one with freeview in new year?
