Pheobe is OK but too "shouty" IMO and it isnt the most pleasant of voices.

A few people have said Phoebs voice is a bit shouty, but i think its a sign of a powerful voice which if learnt to control will make her an even better singer.

Steph Woods was quite similar, i already think shes amazing but in a couple of years ..........
