I think we should be a bit innovative this week and pick someone different from the usual suspects. Like the man in the audience with the kilt and hairy legs. Or how about Gethin's acting coach? Although thinking about it he was too successful and so that won't do at all. How about the audience member in the third row, four seats along?

They've started on Alesha, read something about Matt and some negatives about Leticia. Plenty of choices this week it seems

Oh, aye, i forgot about poor Letitia.

I would like to suggest "Bruce's velvet jacket" as a nominee. The presence of a velvet jacket on a show, which should be primarily dominated by satins and sequins, is an affront to all decent human beings.

Oh I do agree! That buckle was just way too wide. And where were the sequins and sparkly bits? I'm quite tempted to start a thread criticising the effort of the sequins and sparkly bits this year. They are simply not pulling their weight. Making a half hearted appearance as swirls round Flavia's...ahem... bustline, is really not good enough.

Yeah there have been really nasty things said about Letitia, but there have also been some nasty things said about Gethin and Alesha, but not half as bad as some of the comments I've seen of Letitia...

Exactly. Gethin and Camilla are my least favourite couple and I could so easily have started a thread saying "3 tens, you're having a laugh" or something equally pointless. Instead, I posted my thoughts about his dances on various threads and promptly got on with my usual business of supporting the divine Alesha and Matthew

There have been awful comments about Letitia today.

Apparantly shes not allowed to be ill and must surely be doing it for the sympathy vote..has no one learnt anything from the Kelly attacking? It seems not. I don't see the need people have to attack the celebs or professionals they are not personally supporting..you don't like them fair enough..just don't post about them or as pasodoble has just said just talk about their dances,it doesn't need to get so nasty

It's a real shame that people think like that. I don't want to get into a discussion about it here, but it seemed clear to me that she was genuinely ill and not putting it on at all.

I really don't understand why things get personal - most folk go mental if the judges do it....

Anyways, I hope ALL of the couples improve and that at last we start to get some real competition going between those couples up at the top of the leader board..... because that what makes an exciting show.

There's no fun in watching one good dance a week etc .....much better if they can all up their game at this stage... because in the end we benefit from more exciting dancing to watch. Looks like perhaps the competition is finally getting started.

Alesha. It's started with Arlene's "I expect perfection from you" - wasn't that the same line she used with Kelly? Hope Alesha is strong and not let any negative comments get to her.
