BT's Customer Service Guarantee at here says that if BT miss an appointment with you, you can claim a one-off fixed rate payment.
Has anyone claimed this before? If so do you know how much it is?
I've had my fill of BT ignoring my complaint and with over #100 of calls made to them already I'm up for cleaning up as much as possible from them.
