BT Customer Service Guarantee - missed appointments

Hi all

BT's Customer Service Guarantee at here says that if BT miss an appointment with you, you can claim a one-off fixed rate payment.
Has anyone claimed this before? If so do you know how much it is?
I've had my fill of BT ignoring my complaint and with over #100 of calls made to them already I'm up for cleaning up as much as possible from them.

The fixed missed appointment payment is £10 per missed appointment. You have to phone the department relevent to the engineer. i.e install the line is cust service, and faults is obviously faults.
