Help!!!!!!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello, I am currently writing my dissertation at the University of Nottingham on reality television, Big Brother, I'm a celebrity and Shipwrecked in particular, and hoped you could spare 5 minutes to reply to the following questionnaire... Age: Gender: What reality t.v. shows do you watch regularly? Why do you watch those reality t.v. shows? Have your feelings changed towards reality t.v. over the years? Do you believe reality t.v. has remained true to its principles of offering viewers "real" television? Thanks again, any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to ask/contact me! |

Gender: Male What reality t.v. shows do you watch regularly? Survivor, Big Brother USA, Dragons Den Why do you watch those reality t.v. shows? To be entertained Have your feelings changed towards reality t.v. over the years? Not a lot, I probably realise it isn't real in reality though! Do you believe reality t.v. has remained true to its principles of offering viewers "real" television? Yes, for the better, real reality is more boring. I prefer the USA big brother because of it's structure and gameplay/editing. The more "real" approach of the UK version bores me. |

To be entertained Have your feelings changed towards reality t.v. over the years? Although the situations are less real than they used to be, they are still entertaining. Do you believe reality t.v. has remained true to its principles of offering viewers "real" television? No. Most shows are starting to become more entertainment orientated by throwing in twists to try and hold the audiences interests. |
