Completely agree. My balance is awful on my right leg because of previous injury. I can get through the routine, but not as fast as is on the DVD yet.

I've an knee injury, so I have problems to balnce.

I can't do the African walk either. Well I'm not sure if I'm doing it ok. tbh I feel a bit silly doing it. I can't shimmy either. Had a shoulder injury some time ago (couldn't lift my arm for a week) and my one shoulder still feels stiff sometimes. But I like the way the exercises get the arms moving.

How's everyone getting on with this now that we are coming up to Easter and the mega-chocolate binge?

I''m still doing the dances, but would like some new ones (or at least some different music). Maybe a follow up DVD would be good idea since I have certainly got my money's worth from this one.

I have lost a few lb (and in the right places).
