Or alternatively are punters continuing to misjudge their popularity as they have done all series?

I can't see it. I think Niki is the better bet to go this week if the polls on here are anything to go by.

I think it will be Niki this week, but it really is difficult to call as none of them have been in the bottom 2 all series. Maybe it really WILL depend on the performance on the night and not just the relative size of each contestant's core support?

Can't see SD going this week.
They have a solid Fanbase. I wish official figures of the votes were released! I reckon Leon or Nikki are more likely to go. |

It's going to be horrible for whoever goes this week. I have to admit I'm very nervous for Same Difference and would be absolutely gutted for Sean & Sarah if they fell at the final hurdle. They've defied the odds (and the critics) all along, so I just want one more week of them jumping for joy.
![]() I know it sounds sappy, but just watching them on TV makes me happy.

The odds have always been wrong this series other than for Hope and Beverley.

Same Difference can't leave the X Factor. They're like LazyTown, but of the music industry.
Even Simon Cowell fits in as Robbie Rotten! |

It won't be SD. The punters have been wrong on them every time.

I am quite tempted by the odds of 25-1 for Rhydian to be the next to go. Everyone thinks he's a shoe in for the final so they cast their votes for the other three acts because they think one of them is definitely going. Thus Rhydian gets eliminated.
I wouldn't rule it out - and you could win £125 for a £5 bet! |

I think it will be either Niki or Leon. Leon seems to have a sleeper fanbase and we have no idea how popular Niki really is. Truth is it's hard to know how many fans they have, we could be talking small figures between each of them. It might be very close.

We have no real idea how popular any of the remaining acts are. What would be regarded as hard evidence? I would say any one of the acts could go out this weekend. Certainly, some exits would be more surprising than others, but it ain't over till the fat lady sings.

Last year, Ray was odds on to be eliminated Quote:
Next to be evicted... (these again are longest odds) http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s...highlight=odds
Ray 4/7 MacDonald Brothers - 11/4 Ben - 13/2 (his odds are getting shorter) Leona - 50/1 |

Because this year doesn't have any real talent any one of the 4 could go especially when it's now down to the public vote. However, I think it'll be Niki who goes this week not Same Difference.

What does it mean that - I've always wondered ![]() I've always assumed that "it ain't over till the fat lady sings" refers to opera. In years gone by, many opera divas were on the large side, to say the least, and I perhaps the last song sung in many operas is sung by the "fat lady"? I don't know, but thats my guess. |

Niki needs to pull out all the stops now. Before she starts singing this week she should just say "Remember, me Dad's dead, like... "
