I want to see something DIFFERENT in this year's final
That's why I'm rooting for Rhydian & Same Difference.
They bring something to the show which hasn't really been seen before and they would make this year's final stand out. I don't think either act fits the mould of previous finalists, nor will they necessarily follow the prescribed career paths of their fore-runners. That doesn't bother me at all, I think it just makes it more interesting to see how they'll fare post-XF.FWIW, I think Rhydian & Same Difference have been the most entertaining and versatile performers in this year's show. Coincidentally, they are also the ones many people connected with XF single out as the most hard-working and professional. ![]() I want to see how wildly different their respective versions of the winner's single will be - can't quite imagine it at the moment! ![]() N.B. These are just my random musings - this is meant to be a happy thread, not an anti-Leon / anyone else one.

I think that would make a great final - 2 totally contrasting acts. I have warmed to SD recently, I totally respect their work ethic and they do make me smile.

Embrace the cheese and come on over to the happy side.

Hearts are starting to thaw, the country is starting to warm to SD.

Want something different for the X Factor final?
I suggest Rhydian doing a duet with Keith Harris and Orville. Just wouldn't it be GREAT?! |
