Perhaps even those who are starry eyed about these zeleb pairings should try a little test - don't buy any mag or newspapers with articles about them thus allowing their great love to remain unpolluted by the corrupting influence of money. Then see how long they last!

Ah I see.You don't actually know and are just speculating.

Well from the reports stated over the past week all easily verifiable if checked, you will see the amounts paid easily surpass the figure mentioned.

People that speculate only end up being disappointed at the weekend.

I don't why that is so, maybe there are some that will always look for the best in every person and situation.

I do myself try however this is the world of celebrity, a world where easy money can be made by flashing your backside in lacy knickers and demeaning yourself and losing all moral values in front of the public, your friends and your children.”

The newspapers are not flocking around Marc, Cerys and Sarah quite the opposite, these three have agents or probably the same agent who is putting out stories and quotes on their behalf.

Since last week Marc, Cerys and Sarah have made in the region of £300,000 this amount rises daily.

With such money on offer it is not a question of will the press and us leave them alone but will they leave the press and us alone.”

Hear bloody hear!

That would require a giant leap of faith, and many crossed fingers.

If Marc & Cerys do not wish their ‘love’ to be seen as cheap and artifical, then they shouldn’t treat it as such in the first instance. True love is a private emotion; it doesn’t sell its soul to the highest bidder, nor does it need a media platform to flourish.

I think they have been very honest and giving with their feelings.

I am sure neither of them would miss the hassle the general public appears to be giving them at the moment.

And don't we all secretly want 'updates' as to what is going on?

I am sure once it has all calmed down, they will continue privately with their courtship.

I wish them well - looked like the real thing to me!

Some of the people do make me laugh on here! Fickle or what!

'So you don't know then you are just speculating?''

I'm with you on this one btw

That is very true and it is one thing that rings warning bells in my head when celebs start selling off their story to the highest bidder. I find it more natural that when you fall in love you want to keep it private and get to know each other first, before telling the world ...

Their problem was that the world already knew, because it happened on TV. The media was already interested and printing stuff. Making a deal gave them a degree of influence over what was printed.

And, hell, sometimes people in love do want to shout it from the rooftops.

Re the view that the involvement of media and money shows the romance to be fake: what about when Jordan, for example, has a child and magazine features follow. Money and media again. Are we supposed to believe she didn't really have a child?

I'm a bit of a romantic too, but I think the relationship will only last for as long as the cheques keep rolling in.
Yes, I believe Cerys' feelings were/are genuine, but she only fell for a sleazy opportunist because she's recently divorced, vulnerable and in need of an ego-boost.
I'm not being judgemental at all - Cerys is single and doesn't need to answer to anybody (although having two small children should make her excercise some caution in who she chooses to bring into their lives). Marc was in a relationship, but relationships break up all the time if a couple aren't getting on, and people move on to new partners. If nobody was allowed to break up when they fall out of love, we'd all end up stuck - forever! - with the very first person we ever went out with!
Marc's just sticking with Cerys because his g/f gave him the boot. He's already proved his untrustworthiness twice over; firstly by 'cheating' in the jungle, and secondly by breaking his promise to Cerys to be there for her when she came out. It's just a shame that Cerys didn't hear the warning bells ringing then

But if HE had have gone out there to meet her out of the jungle, people would have slated him.

They would have said that he should have left her some time with her kids - rather than bring a media-circus out there to meet her.

I think he did the right thing by laying low - he was giving her the option to have some space and make up her mind, in her OWN time!

He can't do right for doing wrong, can he?

Foxy23, I can see you're determined to think the best of Marc, but your argument isn't logical.
Marc was already back home, and knew what the media reaction had been like, when he wrote that note. If he really thought it would be better to give Cerys some space, why write a note promising to be there? Don't make promises you're not prepared to follow through on!
You've got to give him some credit, though - first he manages to publicly humiliate his (now ex) girlfriend in front of millions. And then, within a matter of days, he publicly humiliates her replacement in front of millions too!
I despair of my fellow women sometimes Wake up and smell the coffee, Cerys!

Oh, and to answer your question:
Quote:
“And don't we all secretly want 'updates' as to what is going on?”

For me, the answer's a definite NO!!

Well, she is going to the States for a casting, as well as a holiday. Maybe this isn't turning out too badly for Sarah, good for her!

I can't see Marc and Cerys working out. Is he really her type, now that they are out of jungle and she can see him against her family background? Not forgetting that she has two children, he is childless. Still, let's wait and see.
