long time reader, first time poster....
basically, i think everyone on this site was too harsh on Hope. I mean, they weren't that bad singers, seeing as they all got through to the Boot Camp in the first place. especially phoebe and leah, they were both quite good. And I even read a few posts saying they were ugly. i mean, wtf? let's be serious they are anything but... i think that people didnt like them because they were manufactured or something, but thats hardly their fault, is it? they were given a chance and wanted to make the best of it.... they didnt ask to be put together like.and then everyone is also saying they hate each other and theyre all total bitches, well i cant say that but from their post x factor interviews they seem anything but, unlike previous eliminated contestants who've been very bitter but still have more support and are regarded as nicer? hope seem like nice girls and theyre hell of a lot better singers than sugababes and spice girls anyway, youtube them live if u dont believe me... i hope they go far someday

I think you may be going a little far saying that they are better than the Sugababes live - Are you kidding!!!

Hey there, good thread!

Id like to lay claim to being Hopes number one fan, so any positive stuff I like to see for sure!

yer, i thought they were quite good, and very dignified in their elimination...

i do wonder though if people didnt know they were made in bootcamp, how far would they've gone?

I liked them too and felt that the spite shown towards them on here was uncalled for.

The one overiding opinion i think has been uncalled for is 'Raquelle doesnt come across as being likeable'.

Did people just watch bootcamp, decide they dont like ruthless people (which was also her being honest), then switch off?

IF they were the opposite sex or 30 something women the attitude would have been ever so slightly different, there was not the same level of abuse for the camp-lads Same Difference.

Don't agree - think they're great - you must remember that it is only their voices you are hearing - not a load of backing singers with Hope

Futureproof didn't turn up on stage dressed as lap-dancers and oh... they could sing!!

Id have to put it down to Futureproof having 2 small bookends and Hope only having 1 big one.

I think soaking them in petrol and igniting them would have been too harsh, whereas voting them off a talent show about half way through the competition was just about right.

I think some people went a bit far with being harsh about hope but i feel they just didnt work together as a group they shouldnt of been thrown together did you see them at bootcamp i didnt think they deserved to get in the final 6 nevermind final 3 there were way more talented groups there...

In all fairness they were in the bottom 2, 4 times that isnt acceptable they obviously didnt have the fans did they?
They werent terrible singers but they werent great and Charlie always had such a spiteful look about her.

Im sorry i liked them at 1st but then i changed my mind they tried there best and im sure they will do okay in the future.

Do you remember a group called Fallen Angelz?

I said before there were alot of talented groups that should have gone through but the Judges didnt think so it was a shame because I believe the 3 groups we had were not great Allthough i loved Futureproof but same difference? why?

By the way no offence to SD fans.

id probably be biased and say that W4, Fallen Angelz, and Hope should have been final 3 groups.

Interested to know if you thought Alisha would have fitted into a group, not necessarily Hope.

They could teach most of the other eliminated contestants a lesson in dignified exits.
