Hey

Is it possible for a LCD image to become uncentral?

I have a Sony 26T3000 and the image seems to be 1 or 2 cm to the left even though all the settings show the image should be in the centre

Thank you for your advice

Some TVs allow you to adjust the horizontal and vertical picture position within setup. Its normally the vertical that people adjust, so that when watching widescreen transmissions that contain subtitles, or 4:3 pictures with ticker tape (like Sky Sports Saturday) they can increase the visibility at the bottom of the screen to make the ticker tape/subtitles more readable.

Thank you very much for your reply

I've looked at both my horizontal and vertical settings and both are central and have not been changed since I got the TV about 2 weeks ago

An example of the problem is say when watching the Simpsons and the their TV is shown, I can see the right edge of their TV no problem but the left side of the TV doesn't exists
