Was thinking of ditching VM cable and going back to ADSL, using the old BT line we used to have here, so I asked BT how much to reactivate the line and the answer was £125.
How on earth is this a good way of welcoming old customers back? There's no chance of me going back when they want this much, I'd rather stick with the unsatisfactory cable broadband! They're missing out on line rental I could be paying them, regardless of the fact I wouldn't be using the phone package itself.

Unfortunately I couldn't tie myself into 18 months as I'd want the option to switch back to cable at some point if it improved, plus I can't be certain I'll still be living here after that long.
