Dont know if this the right area for asking such a question but ive tried a million types of beard trimmers and so far havent had much luck.

So was looking at this particular trimmer but was wondering if anyone has used one and what they think of it. Obviously its for men, so i dont expect many women to be replying lol.

Seems pretty good ie 30 different trim settings and its digital ie lets you know the length and how much time you have left before charging it up again.


Also if someone does have it, could they please let me know if its worldwide compatible ie can i take it to other countries outside the UK, looking at North America to be specific as im there next week for a few months.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I've just bought one today as it happens. First off the power adaptor is 240v only. However, you could probably get one of those multi pin adaptor things. It needs 600mah @ 3.6v if that helps.

As for the razor itself, it gave a nice even cut at the 2mm setting. My neck is red raw howev. This also used to happen when inused an electric razor but it did calm down.

I have horrible skin though and hope I can just whizz this over my face every morning instead of shaving which takes about 15 minutes if I don't want to chafe myself.

I think I will try it a bit longer next time, probably 4mm or something.

Cheers mate, i did buy one from the local boots near my office in Docklands...havent had a chance to try it out yet but it looks good. Only thing is that it is 240v but ill just get an adaptor so that it can work overseas.

I do like the multi trim settings, i like to keep my stubble nice and short and other trimmers havent been able to give the look i want...ie the 1 and half day stubble.

sorry if this is late but i have the manual one, its essentially the same, you just turn a dial rather than use digital and it cost £15 less. Its very good but the hair goes everywhere (usually all on your hand) and when i used it on the lowest setting (0.5mm) it actually cut the skin because it was too close but 1mm is perfect and gives me a perfect length to wet shave when ive had a bit of growth
