About 2 weeks ago added tiscali tv (with the pvr box) and talk to my existing 2mb broadband and asked for a install date of Friday 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Friday came and no installer came. So at about 7:00 pm I called the customer support number on the card included with the "Welcome to tiscali tv" booklet. I was unable to get hold of anyone so sent them an email asking why no one came round as of Sunday night I have had no response. What should I do?
and he would have to take the equipment back. He also said that tiscali would phone me up to arrange another appoment.
