Pioneer DVR-630H Guideplus and BT Vision

Hi. Does anyone have any experience with Pioneer Guide plus working with BT Vision v-box? I am currently having difficulties trying to set up the g-link to control the v-box connected to the AV2/L1
As the BT Vision is produced by Philips, I have been trying the setup with Philips as the brand with no success.
I have previously used the g-link to control another brand set top box, without any problems.
Thanks.

Have you tried the alternate method,as described in the Guideplus quick set up guide:http://www.europe.guideplus.com/Gene...de_uk_2007.pdf
According to the Guideplus website,it doesn't list the BT Vision set top box(Philips Model number DIT9719),as a supported external receiver:http://www.europe.guideplus.com/En/h...trec_uk.html#1
You could try contacting either the Pioneer or Philips customer services for further help.

Thanks for your suggestions. I thought that I had tried every configuration for the setup, but will try the others mentioned. I also wasn't sure about the philips model for the vbox, and it looks like it is not supported. A pity, because the v-box isn't the most flexible of DVDR's and tends to often stop recording short of the end of the program.
I will just have to wait and see then.
