It's a case for the Hard Drive which is delivered to cinema's to use in digital projectors. Basically, instead of a 35mm print. You take to HD out and 'ingest' it into the DLP.

No idea whether this one has the HD inside, but even if it does, you will find it very hard to view the film, the encryption level involved is very secure, and the film itself is quite large, probably around 160Gb.

PS, where did you see this??? What auction?
