Anyone know where this can be purchased "in the High Street" ie the main chainstores or similar.

I'm in Hertfordshire and can't seem to find it anywhere other than online.

Would prefer to pay a premium and have a physical shop if I need to return the unit (things like look-feel are important), you can't normally return stuff to the online stores because "you just don't like it".

Well you can return things purchased online due to distance selling regulations as long as it is returned in perfect condition with the packaging.

Comet does Logitech remotes but I'm not sure if the have the model you are after.
