Not surprising really. For the past year you've had to really struggle to find Tiscali TV on the Tiscali website, all the while the Homechoice one has been totally neglected. All advertising has stopped, and with the exception of the Sky additions the entire focus of the company has been about extending the reach of the service rather than improving it for subscribers.
Not the best combination for either attracting new customers or keeping existing ones. If they start some major advertising in the New Year and make the information on tiscali.co.uk as easy to find as it used to be on Homechoice they should pick up numbers again quite dramatically. Can't say I'm overly confident they will do it, but I'm willing to hang around and see for the moment.
