I had just come online to post the very same thing (you beat me to it). I haven't bought one (yet) but at £25 it got to be an excellent buy. This radio is currently £60 at John Lewis.

on the argos website it said £29.99, but when i went into argos and checked price on those little computers they have it came up for £24.99. i must admit that i would not of paid more for it, its not a bad little radio. you can adjust the volume from a zero up to fairly loud which is good if you use headphones like me, unlike the little intempo that i tried. its very plasticky for a sony you would think for an original price of about £50 it would be a bit more solid.regards popp
