For Tiscali TV does the regular speed of your Tiscali internet change? I say this because before 6pm our speed on our desktop was 1mpbs, then after 6pm i was automatically disconnected and i re-connected the normal way and the speed was now 5mbps. So it sounds like someone "high up" 
in our house has decided to change Tiscali package as i also heard them telling someone else "extra channels"and someone is coming between 9 and 12 next week to install something else.
