  The correct name for them is Metatarsal phalangeal joints... (I think although I have never really thought about it! )Aka toe knuckles!

I have a metatarsal deviation, so I call mine a bit that hurts sometimes.

Do you mean the metatarsophalangeal joint, the proximal interphalangeal joint, or the distal interphalangeal joint? anatomy of feet bones
