so martha will be coming back then leaving again towards the end of the series?

and is donna then leaving in ep 13?

leaving rose to be the sole companion in the specials in 2009?

I think Martha will be the companion for the specials i can't see billie staying on beyond her three episodes and as for Donna just can't see her staying on after series 4, i hope martha stays i really got to like her as i think a lot of people did.

John Barrowman has said Jack is back for series 4

Also, there have been plenty a rumour that Sarah Jane is in Series 4, some saying she has been seen filiming scenes with Catherine Tate

Donna will be in all of them.

Martha is in 5 episodes in total and probably only in ones that are set on present day earth. She will be coming back in the sontarian episodes (4 and 5) and it's rumoured that she is . It's assumed she will be in the final two episodes. Dunno what her 5th episode is though.

Rose is definitely in episode 11 (this years doctor-lite episode) dunno about anything else, however she definitely won't return as a full companion (Billie has a career going on outside Who).

As for Jack he'll probably just return for the finale, and not do much except get killed a couple of times .
