Additional charges on BT bill

I've just checked my itemised BT bill online and was surprised to see 2 'calls' that have been charged at 7p. The number isn't showing and it says the duration is zero. Does anyone have any idea what it is? I know it's not much, but this is BT!

Thanks

Use of call return, when you use 1471 and press 3 to call the person back, there's a charge (I think it's 7p) to do that then the cost of the actual call is added separately.

Lesson learnt eh?

Ooh yes I remember my BF doing this a few weeks back. He'll have to give those fingers of his some exercise in future I'm afraid!! Thanks for the help.
