ok ive been with tiscali 1 month all good but today the tv picture on all the channels is shocking breaking up every min picture going green in places for a few 2 seconds andbody else had trouble like this

Yes. I put up with it for a while, I found that upon changing the picture type from scart to RGB or vica versa, it got better but only temporarily. Eventually I got the box changed for free, which fixed it long term. Apparently it was the graphics card

There is a youtube video on there that I took and posted.. have a look.. does yours do the same thing as that?? If so then deffo ask for a new box I really hope this helps

yes just like yours use to be and its freezing to ,got to put normal tv on . only had it 4 weeks

well still got the same problems today . but its strange
when you put the channel guide on and there thats little tv in the top left corner telling you wants on that picture is great , a few weeks ago i took the ariel out of the tiscali box as the normal tv was crap so i plugged it back in the tv for teletext . this morning i went on to the hits and tmf and it said about the ariel and i think dtt or tdd so i plugged it back in the tiscali back and the hits and tmf picture is great
but got uk gold on now and you cant watch it .

ps now its turning its self off

update

i called tiscali tonight and told them what was what .
he said he do a check he came back and said theres loads
of things on my line (not sure what he was on about)
he told me turn the tiscali box off and pull the plug main plug out the router then plugged it back and bingo
great picture now . he said hes turn it down from a 8mb to 7 mb to let things though what ever that means
so im happy now
