lg 42px5d "sparklies"
Hi
I have a lg 42px5d tv with what I can only describe as sparklies on the screen.I don't appear to have any dead pixels but for example when watching football the pixels flicker and change to black and also red. I use both freeview and a v+ box and the problem is common to both , I wondered if anyone knows what this problem could be as I assume it is probably a job for a tv engineer, any help would be appreciated. |

currently using hdmi cable but have also used scarts but no real difference seen between the two, also quite bad on bbc hd through v+ box. It seems worse on an outside broadcast against the green background of a football pitch. To me it seems like it could be the plasma tv but I just wanted put it on the forum to see if anyone else has a similar problem.

I have a 42" Samsung PS-42E7H plasma, and we get blue 'sparkles', flickering and the left side of the screen is brighter , this my second attempt at getting one that works properly, the first only lasting a month before the sparkles this one lasting only 8 months, have decided to give up and go LCD.
