phil claims that jack set him up over louise to upset him

I'm assuming from the spoilers that she cuts all ties with him after the fight but she changes her mind once they have a sucessful night at R&R then thats when they kiss and end up back at his place.

Peggy's preoccupied with the photo of Louise that Jack handed to Phil yesterday. Phil, however, is nowhere to be found. When Jack tells Peggy that he gave Phil the information last night, Peggy knows exactly where he is. She phones him and orders him to return home. Phil, meanwhile, sits outside a block of flats in the hope of catching a glimpse of his daughter.

Phil is upset when he sees Louise with a new father and takes his pain out on Jack. He accuses Jack of knowing that Louise had a new dad and deliberately setting him up for a fall. However, Jack had no idea and doesn't understand what it's got to do with him. He promised to find Louise - he delivered. Anything else is down to Phil. It had been a genuine attempt at a peace offering, as he never wanted to fight with him. When Phil goes mad and hits Jack, giving him a black eye, Jack feels as though his favour has been thrown back in his face and he's annoyed that he has been humiliated by Phil. He therefore picks up the feud again, despite getting closer to Ronnie, and enlists Darren to frame Phil admitting to his part in the dodgy cars. He then blackmails Phil into signing over the car-lot and although Phil has no choice but to agree, he is livid and immediately begins to plot revenge. Darren continues his role as Jack's "apprentice"
