for me this series has been by far the least enjoyable out of all of the strictly series. the constant bickering between judges and over marking has ruined it. i also really dislike the dance off and the 'as live' sunday show. i actually liked most of the contestants this year but feel that if it were these contestants in the old format it would have been soo much better.

This is by far the worst series of the lot. And it is Len and to a lesser extent Bruno to blame with their stupid overmarking. And Lens arrogance as well. He always thinks he is right and only ever wants positives mentioned. He is a fool and for the sake of the show should be replaced. Preferably with Karen Hardy.

Definitely the worst series. No consitency, score inflation, judges showing signs of dementia, dance off inconsistencies, judges thinking they are the stars rather than minor characters on the side, need I go on...

Goodman is the one who creates the hyperbole and hysterics. He cant keep his gob shut whenever one of the other judges dares to criticize a dance. I am so sick of him him say "Give over" every time he disagrees.

Get rid of the fool. I actually dislike the man for what he has done to the show.

My biggest problem with this series has been the inconsistent marking and score inflation. To think we were all up in arms at Bruno's 10 for Kelly! An 8 for Matt last week was just laughable.

The actual dance off is so pointless it should be scrapped and replaced by VTs of the bottom 2's best bits. Which will be great for the 6-7 million who don't watch ITT. I don't mind the judges having the final say, as long as they continue to keep the better dancers in (they have so far, apart from Gabby vs Penny)

Len's rudeness has annoyed me, as have ITT's 5 minute interviews, zeleb guests and endless VTs. But it has actually been the best series for me, despite all the above, as it has given me the beautiful Alesha and Matthew partnership

i seriously dont understand why they changed the format, in previous series there was always alot of excitment on a saturday night, it was such a winning formula there was no need to change it.

I didn't see S1 so can't rate it. S2 for me was the best, then S3. S4 I felt was a long way away from the quality of the previous two series, and this one has just been awful.

The things which have turned me off are that it starts with so many dancers, the judges arguing and now this year the dance off and the Sunday show.

What will they try next year? I dread to think and I doubt I'll invest much time in watching it.

This has been my least favourite series so far. All the new introductions like the dance off and the recorded results show have made it a complete yawnfest. As for the banshee judges and the favouritism -

In principle, I don't see anything wrong with the judges having the final say in who goes home - that's the format used in the X Factor and Dancing on Ice. Unfortunately it doesn't work on SCD because voting is open all week so people can vote before they've even seen the performance, whereas on the other 2 shows I mentioned you can only vote on how they perform on the night. How long Kate Garraway survived is a perfect example of how changing to this format didn't work for SCD!!

I think SCD will struggle to recover from this series. The judges, the sunday show and the dance off all need changing. Dont think the beeb will do that somehow. Everything has its shelf life and I think SCD is coming to its end. It doesnt have to, but the beeb wont have the courage to make the correct changes.

Well, SCD2 had Aled so I am biased.

Totally my least favourite its just not entertaining Theres no fun and there is no waow factor with the dances anymore

I loved series 2 and speially 3 even 4 i liked but this was awful!

This is the first time I have been inspired to join the forums and the first time I have had sleepless nights.

Well the ratings would suggest otherwise.

It's not about ratings though is it? It's about the fact there is nothing else to watch (X-Factor also being worse)...although for the BBC it is only about ratings which is why soon there will be a dip in them as the quality of the show decreases.

That is true but when the have clashed on a Saturday night Strictly usually comes out on top.
