Under the new system it is possible for the public favourite to be voted out. Surely this is wrong. Last night the judges scored Alesha 3, Matt 2 and Gethin 1 and we were told tonight that Matt and Gethin were bottom 2 after the public vote. It is highly possible that Gethin topped the vote, Alesha was 2nd and Matt was third. This would give Alesha 5, Gethin 4 and Matt 3 allowing Gethin to be voted off.
Surely this is wrong as Tess often says 'vote to keep your favourite out of the dance-off'. Gethin could have gotten 100 million votes but would still be bottom 2 because Alesha polled higher than Matt. That means anyone voting for Gethin is wasting their vote and should be refunded, as there is NO way he can be safe.
It surprises me that the BBC allow this and ofcom have done nothing to stop it. The format is also the same in Dancing On Ice with the weekly possibility of the highest vote getter going home.
I would be very grateful if you did something about it,
Thankyou,

Just sent the above to ofcom
