Me too! After weeks of relative indifference, I've been full of love for Gethin since yesterday and it's showing no signs of abating! So gutted he's not in the final and still shocked at how events unfolded on saturday... but I'm sure I'll move on soon!

So well done Gethin and Camilla, sorry I was a tad dismissive of your dances during the series ( although I did really, really really like the waltz, last week). You brought great dignity and quiet determination to the show and equitted yourselves extremely well.
I'm looking forward to the final *whispers* come on Alesha and Matthew C; but commiserate with the Gethin fans too.”

I have to agree with EVERY word MoonIndigo has written. I didn't really 'get' Gethin until the weekend, but he came across so well during that dance off. I was actually really upset to see him go- he acted with grace and dignity in defeat... I know Matt is young but last week and this week's rather 'in-your-face' celebrations have taken the gleam off him a bit for me- he was always my 2nd fave after Alesha....

As a Blue Peter addict (and yes I'm FAR too old!), I already knew what a gent and all-round star Gethin was before he appeared on SCD. It's a shame he went out on Saturday (especially for Camilla), but his graciousness shone through. Well done G and C, and thanks.
The first thing I said after the result was announced was 'that's actually just as well - I'm pretty sure Matt wouldn't have taken it so graciously'. And I said that as a die-hard Matt fan too 
Good on Gethin for being so accepting, and (something I think's often lacking from the celebrities) for placing the credit for his progress squarely at Camilla's door.

He was pretty gracious considering that he must have been gutted.
It got me thinking back to last year when the woman impressionist/comedienne got voted off and got stroppy, I lost all sympathy for her then. I can't remember her name now though.
