Hi

Been looking at the Sony LCD KDL-32S3000U on amazon.co.uk, and was wondering if anyone who has it has some opinions on it? I will be using it for Xbox 360 and SD Sky. I know that the set is cheaper in Sainsburys but Amazon give you an extra 3 year warranty. Has anyone had any problems with SD picture especially with Football, Motorsport?

Also, i have noticed another set KDL-32P3020U, i cant tell much of a difference between the two apart from it being silver?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Any Sony with U in the model number is a Samsung panel, no that aint a good thing! I found this series quite bad for macro blocking, with a RGB feed from a Sky box! This is well poor to say the least, theres alot better out there for about the same money, if you want a t.v. thats good with RGB feed SD stuff I'd suggest Sharp,Panasonic.

I have a Sony KDL32D3000 and it's an excellent tv. Paid £815 for it when they were still £1100 in John Lewis. They can be had now for £699 with a 5 yr warranty!

The picture from my aging but great DVD player (Denon 2900) via componant is outstanding with amazing colours and shading etc.
