Can anyone tell me anything about the pay as you go online tariff from o2.

All I know is you get 300 free txts and 300 mins o free wap and you have to top up your account every 30 days

Well that's basically it! Assuming you top up minimum £10 every 30 days you get the free minutes and texts. And you can still use your £10 or whatever credit on voice calls or whatever. If you don't top up that much then can still keep using the service but you don't get your free minutes and texts (until you top up i think?)

ok thanks.I was just thinking bout it because i have went through £10 in a week just on texts on normal PAYG on t-mobile so something like this would be well worth it for me and I still have that £10 for calls woohoo.

Anything bad i should know about this offer and can I get this tariff without buying a phone.I tried just buying the tariff today and it came up with some error ?

The only slight annoyance with the online tariffs is that if you need to call customer services it costs you 50p a minute. On the high street tariffs it is national rate.

If you want to get in touch with CS without paying 50p/min then there is an e-mail facility in the "Help" section of O2.co.uk. They are pretty fast at responding in my opinion and their system sends back automated replies in some cases, for example I asked a question last week - "would I to get anything special done to my account to enable it for use abroad"... and 5 minutes later an auto response said "No, all O2 mobiles are enabled for use abroad..." and then some blurb about how to call from abroad.
