Is that possible that something extra happened to be in Len's bank account?
How? In what way?? And why??

Amy - she didn't express any opinions of her own or answer any of the questions!!!! She could be in the diplomatic corps!
I have seen her interviewed before and she drives them crazy because she never answers the questions put to her. It's a waste of time her being on there.

And for the record, I like Karen very much. I just think she is told not to rock the boat.
Spot on Wiz Net, I watched this morning for the first time and thought exactly the same as you did, what a waste of BBC money, she said nothing of consequence. Unlike you, I can't take to Karen at all, still each to their own.

I personally believe that Karen does not sit on the BBC breakfast sofa and state a favourite/non-favourite out of good manners more than anything. She is not employed by the Breakfast team as a hard nosed journo, but as a social commentator on a light entertainment show. Perhaps if the questions they asked her were more answerable, without putting supporters noses out of joint, that might help.
An excellent post .I couldn't agree more with all you have said .

Could be she's just being fair to them all.

None of this toeing the party line nonsense. You just want her to express your opinions.
NO - I want her to express HER opinions, based on a career as a successful dancer and judge. I have a lot of time for her and am genuinely interested in what she thinks!!!!

I don't think that is unreasonable.

I'm not Karen's No.1 fan but I can't see anything wrong with what she said this morning. She tried to give a balanced report on all three whilst admitting that she was supporting Alesha. I think she is wrong in saying that Matt is the young boy we all love and want to support but right that he had the edge over Gethin for technique on the night. She was also right in inferring that Gethin was probably more popular with the public. I am still bitterly disappointed that Gethin went out but given the present format there was no way he could go through.

Thank you Marty as always for your report.
By the sounds of it the description of what Karen was wearing was the highlight.

Oh! So one of the female singers has a myspace page?

(Probably safer than reading this forum).

I like Karen but she should have spoken her mind and voiced her opinion.

Looking forward to hearing what Karen/Phillip will say on ITT tomorrow night when they discuss the technical side of the dances, maybe we will have a bit more of an insight into their thoughts.

Was pleased to here Philip voice his misgivings about the judgement. Karen- come on put your head above the parapet a bit more.

Well done Claudia for bring the forum members anger at the decison into the discussion

Even though Karen didn't come out and say "I think this, I think that..." she made her point.

She indicated that Alesha was her favourite without saying "I want Alesha to win". I agree with her. Alesha is my favourite too but you never know what the voters will do. You just have to make your vote(s) and hope!! And from "all he had to do was nail the choreography" it was pretty clear that she was saying all Matt needed to do was carry on dancing until the music finished and everyone would be impressed! She managed to say it without being malicious!

Karen can hardly go on there ready to slag everyone off. If she was an actual judge on the programme I think she would be more forthcoming with her opinions, like she is on ITT when analysing the performances, but on BBC breakfast it wasn't her place.
