I'm sure she was upset but I cant see that she'd do that.
If she did leave without going to the party, it's probably more likely she went to the hospital/home because of her neck.

I would check the source before making judgment on that one I doubt anyone would be that immature/ungracious, and as you say it was probably trying to get home early because of her injury.

For all the stories that The Sun get wrong they also get a fair few right.

However i'm inclined to believe that this one is pap

Not sure I believe the story but I understand if she didn't want to party after losing. She probably thought she'd just dampen the mood. If it's true that she threw a tantrum, who can blame her? I threw a tantrum and I had nothing at stake!

I told my boyfriend to vote for Gethin and Camilla in lieu of my presents. Considering the outcome, he's obviously very CHEAP! (or should that be )

I'd be much more likely to believe she shut herself in her dressing room for a good cry,not withstanding her injury it's what the rest of us were doing as well.

She and Gethin deserved to be in the final - they worked so hard
You could see how upset she was waiting for the result
Because she knew that they would be going home as the judges had clearly lost the flaming plot with those four tens
As a previous poster said I had a major hissy fit and I wasn't even competing.

But she was also clearly injured in the first dance so I would rather give her the benefit.

I doubt she stormed off but she was upset. She knew, as soon as rthe judges but her and Gethin bottom that they would always be in the dance off, despite (I'll bet) topping the public vote - and they were always going home as Matt and Alesha would have been picked.

She probably had a sense of "what's the point?"

Even if it was true, I could not blame her. She put so much effort into it and they were so close.

I can imagine that Camilla was upset - who wouldn't be. But why do these tabloids have to embroider the story to make out she has a tantrum? It makes me sick.

exactly!!! I think its a load of bull. She injured her shoulder as we found out and understandably she was upset as well. She probably just wanted a good cry as most people would have done

The Sun are always so spitefully judgemental aren't they - 'more gracious', etc. I bet she was upset - as others have said, so was I - and most people want to be left alone when feeling like that.

Just struck me this morning that last year if they'd have had the dance-off, she'd have stayed in with Ray much longer than she did. This year if they'd only had the public vote she could well have stayed in on Saturday. She just never gets that bit of luck when she needs it.

I'm sure she was upset, could see it on her face, but not to that extent.

Looked to me like she did storm off after their first dance when I watched the Sunday show, but that seemed to be because of an injury.

The Sun have probably turned that into her storming off the set after they were voted off.

It can hardly be described as 'storming off', if all the girl wanted to do was get some cold spray for her shoulder.

It was the Sun to said Penny snubbed the after dance party when she was voted out. Turns out, she was rushing to a charity dinner after the SCD that Saturday night.

Have to agree, she hurt her shoulder so probably wasn't up to partying either. No doubt she was upset but not in the way they are saying.

Is it because they saw her storm off to get medical assistance before teh second dance because that was storming off.

I expect she wanted to cry in her room. Its shows she has passion for the show sadly lacking in some other people on the show.

I am an Alesha fan but felt I really wanted to post in defence of Camilla.

She probably DIDN'T go to the party - and WHY?

because she would have been absolutely devastated by getting knocked out at the final hurdle - and who the hell could possibly blame her!

everyone who dances on Strictly puts their whole heart and soul into it - and think of how it is for Camilla - she's been on the show for 5 years and this was probably one of the best chances she had to win.

how could anyone blame her (if that IS what happened) for locking herself in her dressing room and not wanting to socialise?

any one of the three in the semi final would have felt the same last night had they been ousted - but I really did feel for Camilla since I did feel it was perhaps her last chance - once they've given a pro a good partner onStrictly they often give them a less good one the next year........and she must be absolutely broken hearted.

Don't knock her, you idiot reporters! give her a break hey.

More so then others and Len has no passion what so ever.

Camilla has had some good lookers but shes never had anyone really talented. Shes had to work on them all. I'd like to se her with someone with a little dance back ground.

I'm sure Ian and Brendan will have a drink with her.
