Yes you can either buy a DVD/Hard drive recorder in order to record directly from your Sky digibox or you can buy a hard drive recorder with sat tuners built in. Turbosat have some on their web site at various prices. There will be a Freesat service launch during 2008 as well and recorders are being made that will work with an EPG and MHEG services for interactive. Something to look out for in the new year.
And, of course, note that if you walk into a high street store in the UK, the PVRs you find there at the moment will all be for terrestrial, and will record only from their built in tuners.
