It's the one that was already on TV (and in the cinema).

Apparently it was showing in certain cinemas before 'The Golden Compass'.

I saw this trailer online. It's really well put together. Looks very epic.

When the Doctor says "I'm 903 years old" isn't that actually a continuity error?

I'm sure he said he was older than that when Colin Baker was Doctor - I could be wrong though.

I've always wondered-how on earth does he keep track of how old he is? I mean he goes from century to century, travels countless time-lines etc has he got like a little 'actual gallifreyan time' clock that keeps his time for him? so he knows how old he is? I forget how old i am sometimes () and i don't zip from one year to another

Just remembered, Colin Baker's doctor claimed to be 953. 50 years older than Tennant claims to be. Unless when he got aged by the master in SOD he could have been de-aged in LOTTL further than he was before being aged. If that makes any sense.

My head hurts .

Yep. I remember that. I'm sure Paul McGann mentioned something about his age in the Movie too. (Being over 1000?) Not sure about that one as I haven't watched the movie too many times...

But going by the Colin Baker theme, he's definitely de-aged...

Oddly enough, the Doctor always seems to age randomly. In Time Warrior (I think) Jon Pertwee claimed he was around 200 years old. Only 20 or so stories later - Tom Baker in Pyramids of Mars says he's 750-odd!

Funny how your memory starts playing tricks on you, isn't it?

If you go by all the on-screen mentions of the Doctor's age over the years it's actually been pretty consistent until now:

Patrick Troughton claimed to be 450 in 'Tomb Of The Cybermen'.

Jon Pertwee only ever made a couple of vague references to being thousands of year old, though these are ambiguous in the way he phrases them, i.e. "I am a scientist, and I have been for several thousand..." before he cuts off, which could just mean he's gained scientific knowledge across a span of millenia.

Tom Baker's age is mentioned several times, usually a number between 750 and 760.

Colin Baker claims to be over 900.

And it was Sylvester McCoy who claimed to be 953, in 'Time And The Rani'.

Hartnell, Davison and McGann never mentioned their ages, though in the books McGann's Doctor is supposed to be over 1000.

But then in 'Aliens Of London' Eccleston's Doctor is suddenly back to being 900 again, although in 'The Empty Child' he mentions "900 years of phone box travel", which could mean that it's been that long since he first left Gallifrey in the TARDIS.

So it seems the Doctor is getting on a bit and starting to lie about his age.

You would certainly hope so. Something like The Doc having to reach over the edge of the boat while being held by Kylie

Probably since the Time War with no other Time Lords arround to contradict him he's been knocking a couple of centuries off his age.

Only problem with this is that the Master also seemed to think the Doctor was 900.

Fanwank explanation
This could be down to the fact that the Master last met the Doctor when he was in his 900's (7th Doctor) and did not realise that while he (the Master) was dead the Doctor had aged a couple of hundred years.
