And who was big-headed? Not Rhydian anyway as has been confirmed by all who worked on the show and all other contestants. I don't think Leon was big-headed either

Thats your opinion!
![]() Big-headed is perhaps the guy who did not even acknowledge his fellow finalist after the show. Not one word, to say, "unlucky". Real class there. |

Like i said, Its my opinion, I have my reasons for thinking this, Its actually pointless explaining it to a Rhydian fan, I certainly don't want to start an argument, So lets just leave it.
and its not an argument its a discussion. |

And that confirms my view - the X Factor has become a popularity contest. I honestly believed the average viewer was sophisticated to disregard the sob stories cynically used by the producers to increase the show's voting revenue - obviously not!

We slag off the youth of today for being disrespectful, undisciplined etc etc, and along comes a young lad who aspires to use his talent to better himself and his family, and what do a lot of people on here do? Slag him off because he dared to beat their favorite.
IMO Leon is a great role model for youngsters throughout Britain. I wish him and his family a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Yers |

Maybe that was coz they guy was totally dumbstruck, For goodness sake he just won, I doubt he was expecting to (unlike Rhydian), He was pretty speechless, Leon never once came across as big headed, More the boy next door, Probably the reason he was liked more, Im sure he spoke to Rhydian when he got the opportunity.

Rhydian was all the things you say Leon was also. It really has nothing to do with whether or not he's the boy next door type. I couldn't give a darn. I sit down to watch a singing contest and vote for the best singer, not the poorest or the person with the biggest smile. |

Leon wants a better life for his family - good for him His mum said on his VT that she wanted him to win "for him" - what a lovely supportive family |

I agree, it was definitely the winner's song - Leon's version was excellent compared to Rhydian's snooze version - zzzzzzzzz!

Leon was completely overwhelmed by his victory and to suggest there anything remotely 'big headed' about him is outrageous and very mean spirited... They are both good guys. |

Naaaaa....not from anything that I have seen. In fact.....didn't we discuss the article where Leon was quoted as 'looking up' to Rhydian and being inspired by him? Hardly a big head. |
