They were much more up beat than on ITT yesterday. The best thing is that Gethin said he is dancing the salsa (in the see-through shirt) on Saturday! Hooray!

Really it was just a general chat about the whole series and so on.

He said that he met a mother and daughter in Kingston on Sunday and they wished him well for this Saturday and he had to break it to them gently that he didn't get through. They were so upset that he took them for a cup of tea in Bentalls. What a lovely, lovely man he is.

They only do about 30 seconds of the dance though don't they?

I can now see many more women trying this same story now "I missed last Sunday good luck for the final" and getting a tea with Gethin!!

Thanks Gill. Glad they were upbeat - I think that's right: to be honest on ITT (also in a very positive way) and then keep cheerful, especially after the stupid newspaper story yesterday.

And the tea - melts.

Gethin said something about meeting "a friend" in Kingston - I wondered if that was KJ.

It was a very upbeat and easy going piece.

Camilla looked at ease, and not "full up" and upset , as she seemed on ITT.

(I do like it when people are "full up" (as Penny was) because it shows how deeply committed to the show they were and what it means to them).

G&C diplomatically fielded questons about why Len had abandoned them, and who they thought or wanted to win.

And they ended with a bit of banter about Camilla partnering Dermot for next season (well, he is a triathlete, fit, and up for it).

On the basis of this morning's interview and ITT, I think that Camilla is deeply hurt by the fact that Len didn't save them.

Len's never voted against the majority yet - why would he do so now?

My expectations are zilch as far as Len is concerned but I can see where Camilla would be coming from. Also, if he had cast his vote for G&C it would have been 2-2 and should then have reverted to the public vote as someone has suggested. The present system is unfair.

Some people are moaning Len has more power than the other judges but I`ve yet to see him use it.

Yes, he did use it because he was the one who decided who would stay.

SHould make the next meeting between Len and Camilla insteresting. Camilla has to remember that he is head judge so best not make him angry or he might mark her down next year!

I think that because of loyality more then anything else she was expecting Len to save her as shes being doing it longer. But like everything else these days noone does loyality anymore.

He's a big wuss. Remember him moaning on about being put in this position on ITT and how he didn't want it. He wants the judges to have power but he doesn't want to take the responsibility.

Am I the only one that thinks Len made the right decision?

With the three we had left it was always going to be hard.

The other judges made the decision, he just agreed with them

However it was the right one based on Saturday nights performances imo.
