In your opinion - however there must be lots of people who also think Leon has these attributes as he got most votes!

As I always remind people - Leon probably sings better than anyone in the Spice Girls Boyzone or Westlife (who are universally slagged off by the music intelligentsia) and they have done rather well for themselves.

Let's wait and see - Leon may just scoop a whole lots of fans and be around for a few years. Posting nasty thread titles like this won't change that!

He will last about 5 minutes after SC stops making money off him.

His career wont get off the ground - he will be Xmas No 1 and then get forgotten about once the TV hype dies down. He was very boring to listen too with no charisma or personality - more to point how many times will he cry in the next year and say "i cant believe it"

I think we all know Rhydian is the one who will make all the money as he had more talent than Leon and Same Difference put together. Rhydian did not need to win to be successful but Leon did. They talk about the winner of X Factor being a complete package well what is leons ? He might be good looking for the ladies and have half decent voice but where is his personality ? non existent.

Professionalism is the word thrown around why Rhydian should not have won. Frankly I find it a contradiction.

Oh dear, I am shaking right now and am a so called professional.

Leon would have to learn by trial and error, hopefully those around him will spend a decent amount of money to get him nearer this so called 'professional' position.

Thinking about it Rhydian is not even a professional yet as he is not rewarded for his craft. So maybe the idea of acting like a professional puts him in a position of not winning so that poor young Leon who has no idea what it means to be professional deserved to win so that he can become a professional just like Rhydian. If you get my drift. I am amazed by this thinking. Only this time with a one million pound contract. Whatever that means.

I sincerely want Leon to do well but I feel that some people only want to believe that he will be successful because of winning. It takes a lot of work for the so called professional and non-professional to succeed equally.

With the media and fans/non fans going frantic with the 'fix' and who should have won. Does it really matter really? For me NO. It is what is done with the opportunities given that will bring success.

Remember these reality shows are not what they seem most of the time. We are all manipulated and sometimes blackmailed into what they want us to believe and see. So its all about perception. May I add its more soap opera than about talent. Maybe Rhydian can write and play lead in a westend/broadway show about it. It will be fun.

I think that all three finalisit should be grateful that at least they had exposure- maybe at the expense of their intergrity and talent but with great people behind them they will be successful in the end.

And yes I am a Rhydian fan. And I believe he has more to gain not because of this 'professional bollocks' but determination, talent and hard work.

What alot of saddows on this forum. So bitter and twisted. Leon was ace on GM tv and his rendition of the single is brilliant. He had me in tears. Its the best one they've written - a very Christmasy feel to it. Rhydian is dull and boring pretty miuch like this lot on here.
Any one know of another forum that has more sense than this one.

Hes only 18 give him time. I remember seeing clips of a young FRank Sinatra. He looked lost behind a mike in his early days. but look at the ledgend he became.
Leon has a soul to his great voice and you lot will eat your words.

Fortunately Sinatra had charisma. No amout of experience can give you that.

I dont dislike Leon i just did not find his music interesting one bit, but that is my taste. He will struggle simply because he only captured around 35% of the entire X Factor Viewers votes which when calculated is not a lot to base a career on. Leona Lewis hit almost double this figure last year but had natural talent. Leon is very raw still and time will tell if he can pick up fans all around the country and Europe, me thinks not but time will tell. Lets not go mad just because Michael Bubbles loved the guy to bits, lets face it what does he know about decent music ?

I think Leon is going to have to do an enormous amout of work until his album is release in 8 months time.

Talking of past losers i thought i would take quick look and who knew the following all produced albums this year......Ray Quinn sold 200,000 and went to No 1 in Albums Chart - must have missed that one to be honest.

Ben Mills sold 100,000 and got to No 3 Albums Chart

MacDonald Brothers sold 15,000 and reached No 18 Albums Chart.

Leona Lewis 1.4million 3 x Platinum hmmm

Even Shane Ward;s First Album only sold 480,000 so shows how good Leona is !

Going by that logic you would have to imply the same about Leona. I don't think, IMO, Leona needed national TV Coverage to sell more records, though it did likely help her make that million sales.
