I am happy to draw this to a close as this whole debate is becoming as circular as it is academic. We now have a Labour MP (Dawn Butler) admitting that she voted six times for Aleesha Dixon to win Strictly Come Dancing last night - its not just teenage girls and Scots that do it!
Working out which winner of the X factor or SCD over the last few years actually had more people voting for them rather than who got more votes doesn't change the results of any of them.
Finally I would like to wish a happy Xmas to all Rhydian fans who have been so nice to me on this thread!
