Is the Doctor going to be considered a single character, or can his various incarnations be counted as individuals.

My choice is the Third Doctor (if it's various incarnations allowed)

Any 1 of the doctors, they are counted as different people!

This is a tough decision, but I'd have to go for Sarah Jane Smith. No idea why, but I think she's a great character.

I'm gonna say the 2nd Doctor.

Not because he is my favourite doctor (that's 5) but because IMO he is the doctor that all the sucessive actors based their doctor on... far more than they did with 1. When I watch 2nd doctor episodes (there really is not enough of them) I can see little bits of 3 and 10 and 4 and 5 etc. in him. The 2nd doctor was where the legend began.
