Absolutely no class whatsoever.

Agree with you ellieb.

All credit to Alesha for giving them a complete blank.

I think it`s fairly obvious what happened in this relationship.

Don't worry. The more publicity this gets the more votes for Alesha I would think. And by not responding Alesha shows true class which she anyway has in abundance!

And I'm a Matt fan!

As an Alesha fan I hate seeing them making money from selling their stories and dont really want to see her getting votes due to sympathy. Let the dancing speak for itself.

It's very annoying that they're still making money out of her Strictly success, but if it's any consolation, the article is quite positive with regards Alesha.

I see what you mean Tissy, and think I expressed myself badly. Sorry. I didn't mean she'd get votes due to sympathy, but rather that the whole thing makes an obviously really sweet girl (and great dancer) seem even nicer by the fact of not responding to this story.

this bit makes me laugh Javine's ex decided to make a quick buck and he never loved her because you don't make money against your girlfriend.

Er Harvey isnt that exactly what you are doing to Alesha...

Also criticises her brother for selling his story.

Please tell me that's not true. How do people like Javine manage to get tickets? I think this is really insensitive of the BBC What are they trying to do? Sabotage Alesha's chances before she gets on the dance floor?

I thhink I jokingly said at some point last week she'd turn up and Alesha would have to break off in the middle of a dance to bury her shoe in Javine's head. Joke, but seriously, BBC need to rethink their "let's give tickets to any old celeb" policy. Unless they're planning a big re-union, where Alesha forgives Javine for stealing her man. Bleurgh. It's not X Factor, folks.

That's awful! I don't believe it, unless what Harvey says is true and Alesha really has forgiven them!

Surely if Javine was gonna be there and Alesha didn't want her she would just threaten not to do the show!

I also have a nasty feeling he will be there tomorrow also. Trying to make themselves look good by showing up and all these interviews in the past two days now makes sense.

That would be a typical tabloid plot.
If they do show up it would show their real intentions toward Alesha, because it certainly aint going to be to support her, despite what they say.

My god - why do they have to constantly try to milk Alesha's work on Strictly? Haven't they done enough already to the girl? They've sold their stories about 6 times during the series and if they turn up then that is just shocking. Stop talking about wanting Alesha to be happy and for all of them to move on from all of this and actually move on and stop dragging it through the media again and again. I'm sure that is what would really make Alesha happy.

I'll be gutted for Alesha if they are actually there tomorrow, although I don't really believe it.

I hate Javine so much!!! Argh!! I hope Alesha keeps her dignified silence, don't rise to it Alesha!!

I don't think either of them will have tickets, no way would the audience bookers let that happen. It would be an incredibly cruel thing to do.

Strictly looks after its contestants and wouldn't do it to Alesha, unless the tickets are booked through some other department and someone has made a big booboo. If somehow they had got hold of tickets they'd be turned away at the door.

There is no way they have tickets, unless Alesha is more okay with the situation than everyone thinks and has okayed it.

I can only remember one time where Alesha has talked to the press - though that's just off the top of my head. She's kept to herself and it's so unfair that the majority of what is being written about her is from this pair.

I really hope this is the case. It's not fair to Alesha - if she underperforms, it will be blamed on them (and wait for the conspiracy theory saying that it shows the BBC want Matt to win because he's on the tour/employed by BBC). If she really performs, it will be to show them what she's capable of. It won't be about her, but them. And frankly, however ok she is about them, it's not their place.

Well some posters on the bbc forum said she was there last week also.

I'd just like to give a to the press as well for even running the story (of course some elements of the press are bound to, because dirt-dishing sells copy).

It may well be that Javine and Harvey (however misguidedly) would like to mend some fences with Alesha, but as others have said, it would be better if it were done in other, less public ways. I do hope this stuff does not affect Alesha too badly for the final as I would like to see a good even contest between her and Matt.

Having seen the way this is being stoked on this thread, I now think there is no truth in it.

I really hope the story about attending the final is false. It would be cruelly insensitive and would start 'conspiracy theories' (I know that because I'd be one of the people starting them). What possible justification could there be for Javine or Harvey's attendance?
