tripe, coming from the north my dad boiled it in milk and onions and tried to make me eat it as a kid, the smell made me heave never mind the tast, it was like chewing rubber. I find squid the same now .......scarred for life.
Black pudding ......absolutely delicious properly boiled and served with vinegar...yum
The only food I don't like is liver and kidney. Its not even for what it is, its the texture of it that just makes me want to throw up.
Also tripe - and I have to admit I have never had it but what it looks like just turns my stomach. If someone cooked it and offered me a bit to try I would most likely give it a go... just a small amount as I don't like saying I don't like something when I have never tried it. But I won't go out of my way to try it.
Oh gawd where would I start?..........sprouts, green beans, liver, kidneys, tripe, mushrooms, butter beans, mushy peas, chick peas, pizza, eggs, fatty meat, lamb, fish, burgers, white bread, yorkshire pudding.......I could go on & on & on...........
tinned tomatoes. how can people eat them as they are/on toast? Yuck (in fact the idea of them on toast is even more gross and the toast would be soggy and vile).
