I have a Panasonic TH-50PZ700B Plasma connected to Panasonic HDD/DVD Recorder through the AV3 socket & a Virgin V+ Box through the HDMI socket. My problem is that when I try to copy Recorded Programs on the V+Box from the VCR/DVD out socket connected to an Archos 604 Docking Station from the copy to VCR/DVD section, all I get is a blank screen on the Archos & the V+Box shows no recorded programs, but I am able to watch the recorded stuff through the TV. The Archos records perfectly from the Freeview side of the TV.

I obviously have something connected wrongly, any help would be great.

try this i have a similar set up .... and this is how who i've done it my archos 605 is connected to tv and dvd av1 (using scart) do this first and the others will fall into place. then i have a freeview box going into av2, another archos using the r,y,w sockets av4, and sky into the ariel socket and av3 is free for other devices this setup allows me to record from any of the combinations. hope this is usefull
