Lets hear it for the groups!!
No group has won Xfactor yet (would G$ have if Sharon hadn't gone off her bap?) but we have had some good ones.
I LOVED G4 and The Unconventionals (and depending on the mood I'm in I have a preference for one over the other) I also had a soft spot for the Maccy D's. The way they took the **** that Simon flung at them (and that way beyond constructive critiscism) with such grace and the sibling thing. They are also the only act I've seen live and they were really really good (500 miles yeah!!!!) Anyone else got fond memories of groups? |

I love the Unconventionals, I thought they were brilliant - I love the music on their website.
Also had a soft spot for Eton Road and Journey South. And this year, I liked Same Difference. |

I've liked Hope, Journey South, Same Difference, Eton Road, Unconventionals and G4. Without the groups, teh show would be quite dull, they offer some good variety.

Hope and Eton Rd - Eton Rd would have done so much better if they'd been in Simon's group IMO Poor Hope - Raquel was almost as much maligned as Rhydian at bootcamp - labelled ruthless and ambitious by Simon and that seemed to put a lot of people off her. The whole group suffered as a result IMHO

I loved and still do love G4 and Eton Road. They both were so different but so amazing. Some excellent singers in those bands.

The groups and over 25's always provide the most entertainment. G4, The Unconventionals, MacDonalds, Eton Road, Same Difference etc. I also find Louis gives us the best groups.

I think i would like to see how Sharon would handle the groups- theres something weird that in 4 years she has totally avoided them completly- its been louie, simon, louie, simon
