Panasonic PX60, Sky HD and XR57 Amp - Lip Sync - Help!

Hi All

I have:
Panasonic TH42PX60B TV
Panasonic SA-XR57 Amplifier
Sky HD
Panasonic DMR-EZ47V DVD/VHS with HDMI (connected via the amplifier)

I have been experimenting with the Lip Sync Delay on the system, had it a few weeks.

The Sky HD has an optical ouput delay - I have been trying to set up the delay to get the best result. I have it set at 140mS at the moment.

Does anyone else have the same or similar set-up what level of delay are you using? I'm finding that I am having to adjust it quite a lot, I assume that I should have it set to one level and that should fix it all?

The problem doesnt seem to be that bad with the DVD player only the Sky HD - perhaps its the Sky Tranmissions?

I have a fixed delay on the amplifier - should I be using that instead?

Any help appreciated

I have my HD delay set at 140ms as well - occaisionally, I alter it slightly but it seems to work well most of the time.

Cheers

I think I'm getting better results at 140mS
