I agree.
I'd love £60,000 for 3 months of work, I wouldn't moan about that.
The X-Factor is completely different as you say, not only is it a commercial channel, the judges do a lot more work too. They audition, then mentor then judge.
All Len, Bruno, Craig and Arleen do is judge for a couple of hours each Saturday for 12 weeks a year.
