Yeah and you are right, its 55% to 45% as Leon apparently won by 10% - this does not translate into a 60%-40% win as some other posters seem to be suggesting.

It's late and I'm just baffled by that piece. I think Leon's going to get to number 1 and Simon won't waste his time and money suing. He has enough to do managing Leona and Rhydian. And Leon.

What would be the grounds for legal action? Do some retailers have a contractual obligation to stock the disc/track? If so, is iTunes one of those retailers? It seems unlikely.

By my calculations Leona's sales were about 25% down on Shane's and Leon's are 50% down on Leona. So it does represent quite a fall in real terms ...
